The Transnational Diversified Group of Companies (TDG) was founded by J. Roberto Delgado and the late Kiyoshi Osawa in the Dragon Year of 1976. Together with a core team of professional and committed pioneers, which included Atty. Arthur P. Tugade, Ms. Socorro Z. Niro, Mr. Dan C. Florentino and Ms. Josephine J. Francisco, TDG was built on the principles of visionary leadership, entrepreneurial passion, synergistic global alliances, total quality & customer delight, good corporate governance, enabling corporate culture, professional management team with aligned purposes and goals, speed & technology, people care & family spirit, as well as innovation & constant renewal. 

 

From 1976, TDG has grown into a strong Asia-based business group of more than 30 dynamic member companies which are major players in diverse industries such as Logistics, Ship Management, Air and Travel Services, Information and Communications Technology, as well as Securities Trading, Real Estate Development, Renewable Energy, and others.

From one business partner in 1976, TDG now has more than thirty (30) business partners / principals, which include international industry leaders and known global brands. Now on its fourth decade, TDG has grown from a single shipping agency employing 16 personnel in 1976 to a fast growing, diversified group of companies with close to 18,000 people (both land-based and sea-based) worldwide.
