TDG Tokyo and TDG-Orion China represent and develop TDG's various business interests and establish new partnerships in Japan and China respectively. Antonelli Realty Holdings, Inc. (ARHI) is the property holding company and real estate arm of the Group. APEX Philippines Equities Corp. (APEX) provides stock trading services to corporate and individual customers and is a bonafide member of the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE).
Transnational Renewable Energy Corporation (TREC) is engaged in the research, exploration, generation , development and/or production of energy, such as but not limited to alternative and renewable energy. The NYK-TDG Friendship Foundation (NTFF), a non-stock, non-profit corporation established in 1990 by TDG and NYK Line of Japan facilitates the corporate social responsibility initiatives of the Group and its Member Companies.
